Site 1 is a wireless speaker that I purchased from Princeton Audio during their start up campaign. Having cycled through several dozen bluetooth speakers in the past, I am happy to say that the Site 1 performs its duty admirably for my streaming needs. The company offers several choices of woods for their sound capabilities – Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, Maple. Based on your music preferences, the questions on their site will help you configure a speaker based on your music preferences. I chose Mahogany which PA says … “Mahogany is another tone-transmitting wood that is used in the bodies of guitars, cellos and upright bass”
Overall – things I love about this speaker – has a great sonic quality that is warm and real, it’s made in the US, great customer service (Beth Pelland is great!). Buy directly online from Princeton-audio.com.
For 3 days only, Allen Edmonds has an extra 25% off their clearance shoes and accessories online. Here are the select styles that caught my eye although the selection is pretty good all in all. Free shipping and returns to boot.
Everything at the Mettler’s American Mercantile in Philadelphia is made in America. The store is Lou Mettler’s vision realized in creating a specialty store that sells 100% US made goods. Mettler is a 20 year veteran of the fashion industry working alongside Ralph Lauren and then as one of the founders of Tommy Bahamas. There are two Mettler stores in Michigan and one in Philadelphia.
I loved my visit to the store and found an assortment of shirts, ties, shoes, belts and even funky speakers (Scout) all made proudly in the US of A! I ended up purchasing an Armstrong and Wilson tie and a houndstooth pocket square. Great customer service (thanks Ann-Marie) made for a great experience overall.
