Better Than Cardio Routine


Had only 30 minutes to spare for workout today.  Performed a simple yet challenging enough routine that hit the mark.  Here’s how it went:

Total workout time: 20 minutes

  1. Pushups – Shoot for 20 but if you can’t aim for at least 5
  2. Pullups – Shoot for 20 but if you can’t aim for at least 5
  3. Body weight Squats – Shoot for 20 but if you can’t aim for at least 10

Repeat this cycle for 20 minutes without any breaks!
